Digital Services Act (DSA)

In 2022, the European Union introduced the Digital Services Act (DSA) to harmonize content regulations and establish clear procedures for moderating online content. This legislation covers a broad range of online services, including marketplaces, app stores, online video-sharing platforms, and search engines.

Digital Core operates as an Intermediary Service Provider (ISP) under the DSA. In response, we have updated our trust and safety procedures and adjusted certain service functionalities to comply with DSA standards.

At Digital Core, we have long invested in our team, processes, policies, and technologies to meet DSA requirements. For instance, we offer various mechanisms on our website for reporting copyright infringements or illegal content. Our Compliance team works year-round to manually review landing pages for any violations.

As the DSA comes into force, we have put significant effort into aligning our guidelines, action mechanisms, measures, and tools with its specific requirements.

Additionally, Digital Core has appointed a primary contact for direct communication with Member States' authorities regarding DSA compliance. You can reach us at [email protected].
